DODGE, DIVE & DOMINATE
Year 7 finish 2nd & 3rd at inter-school tournament
The effort and attitude
shown by all the girls this
term has been exceptional.
It9s been a pleasure to see
them develop, compete and
enjoy their sport together.

This term, our Year 7s competed in
their first inter-school dodgeball
tournament against teams from Blacon
High School and Abbey Gate College,
and they rose to the occasion superbly.
With two teams representing each
school, the event was fast-paced and
full of energy from the very first whistle.
Across a series of exciting matches,
our players showed great determination
and teamwork, using clever throws and
well-timed dodges to turn games in
their favour. Their efforts were
rewarded with a superb second and
third place overall, an impressive
achievement in their first tournament.
Packed with dramatic catches, quick
reactions and strong teamwork
throughout, the afternoon was a great
showcase of skill and spirit. A brilliant
result and a fantastic experience for our
Year 7s - well done!
I was really proud of how our Year
7s competed. They showed great skill
and enthusiasm, but just as importantly,
they supported each other brilliantly and
displayed excellent sportsmanship
throughout the tournament.
