SCHOLARSHIP SUCCESS
Reading List Foundation Award
We are delighted to announce that this year9s Reading List Foundation
Scholarship has been awarded to Year 13 student, Olivia R, in
recognition of her outstanding determination, hard work, and
commitment throughout her time in the Sixth Form.

Leading Positive Change
Our newly appointed QPHS and CIS
Student Leaders recently came
together for an inspiring leadership
training session led by Trust
Improvement Director, Lyndsay
Craven.
The workshop gave students the
opportunity to get to know one
another, develop their teamwork skills
and explore what it means to be an
effective leader.
Students also explored how leaders
can bring about positive change and
spent time planning for the year
ahead, sharing ideas, discussing their
aspirations and thinking about the
impact they hope to make across their
school communities from September
2026.
It was fantastic to see so much
enthusiasm, ambition and commitment
from this exceptional group of young
people. We look forward to seeing
their ideas come to life over the
coming year.
The scholarship celebrates students who demonstrate exceptional
academic performance and personal character, and this is a welldeserved accolade for Olivia.
Olivia has consistently shown resilience and dedication to her studies,
approaching every challenge with maturity and perseverance. Her strong
work ethic and positive attitude have made her a valued member of the
school community, and she has set a fantastic example for her peers.
Beyond the classroom, Olivia has also contributed to charitable
initiatives, further reflecting her generosity of spirit and commitment to
making a difference.
Looking ahead, Olivia will continue her academic journey at Leeds
university to study Food Science. This scholarship will provide valuable
support as she takes the next step towards achieving her ambitions.
