QPHS magazine - Autumn Term 2025 - Magazine - Page 24
Coming soon...
Rehearsals are well underway for our
next blockbuster school production!
This February we will be staging the
classic musical, Oliver! and we have
already made big progress on the epic
choreography, direction and even the
building of the set itself!
Auditions were intensive, and ultimately
some very tough decisions had to be
made on the casting of roles due to the
exceptional quality of talent at Queen9s
Park High School. The commitment of the
students involved has been wonderful
and it is great to see such enthusiasm for
the production which we know will be a
roaring success.
Tickets are already on sale and are
selling out fast!
The show takes place in the Main
Hall over three nights from:
Wednesday 11th - Friday 13th February
2026. Tickets are priced at £8 for
students and £10 for adults.

SELL-OUT CELEBRATION
A Night of Music, Magic, and Festive Cheer
Each year we step into the holiday
season with our much-loved
Christmas Concert, guaranteed to
fill everyone with festive cheer!
This year9s concert was a sell-out
and featured 24 amazing acts from
students across all year groups.
From stunning solos and lively
ensembles to show-stopping whole
year performances, the evening
was a true celebration of talent and
togetherness and of course festive
musical favourites! It was the
perfect way to mark the season
and showcase the incredible
musical ability within our QPHS
Family.
All acts did themselves proud, and
we9d like to give a special mention
to the Year 7 singers who made
their QPHS debut with fantastic
renditions of Rockin9 Around the
Christmas Tree and Last
Christmas. Our soloists also
impressed with beautiful
performances, while Stan and
Eliza S delivered a memorable
vocal duet. Sonny with band
members Eashan, Rory and Joe
wowed the crowd with their version
of Live Forever; sibling duo, Robert
and Annabel performed a
woodwind and brass duet and Sam
brought the beats to Do I Wanna
Know on drums.
